PURPOSE:To enable a thermal contraction tube improved in its mechanical strength to be obtained by molding a composition made up of adding silicic anhydride and bridge assistants to resin ingredients into a tube shape. CONSTITUTION:A composition, which is blended with 5-100 pts.wt. silicic anhydride and 0.5 pts.wt. or more bridge assistants to 100 pts.wt. resin ingredients containing tetrafluoroethylene-propylene copolymer and ethylene- tetrafluoroethylene-fluoroolefin copolymer, is molded into a tube shape, and the tube molding is constituted in enlargement-solidifying after bridging by irradiation with ionizing radiation, thereby obtaining a thermal contraction tube improved in its mechanical strength. |
