PURPOSE:To surely discriminate a pulse signal with a set width as noise and to eliminate the signal without incurring remarkable large size constitution by providing a '0' detection section, a 'l' detection section, an output decision section and a clock generating section. CONSTITUTION:A '0' detection section 11 always monitors an input signal (SIGIN) within a period of an operating period being a processing period for noise rejection specified at the period of a clock signal CK to detect the '0' level state of the input signal. Moreover, a '1' detection section 12 acts like the detection section 11 except the level '1'. Then the detection sections 11, 12 output the result of detection to an output decision section 13, which decides the succeeding internal state and the output signal from the present internal state and each inputted signal synchronously with a signal CK, thereby discriminating a normal signal with the noise with respect to the input signal. Then a clock generating section 14 generates a timing signal used for the detection sections 11, 12 and the decision section 13 and supplies the signal to them. Thus, the noise is surely discriminated and eliminated independently of the arrival timing and the width of the noise generated in the input signal. |
