<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and incombustibility by being through curing resin liquid consisting of unsaturated polyester resin liquid in which the resin contains bridging monomer and halogenated incombustible compound, acrylic acid glycidyl or methacrylic acid glycidyl. CONSTITUTION:A base material is infiltrated with resin liquid which is liquid at room temperature and consists of unsaturated polyester resin liquid containing bridging monomer and halogenated incombustible compound, and in respect thereof, acrylic acid glycidyl of 1-30wt.%, more preferably of 2-10wt.% and/or methacrylic acid glycidyl, and the infiltrated base material and metal foil are laminated and then cured to each other. Besides, as the additive rate of acrylic acid glycidyl and/or methacrylic acid glycidyl exceeds 30wt.%, the laminate board becomes fragile with the result that practical advantages may occur such that the anti-impact property may drop and cracks may be apt to occur during the punching period; therefore, it is desired to be used thereunder. Thus, a laminate board being cheap and excellent in heat resistance can be obtained in use of halogenated incombustible agent in low thermal decomposition temperature.</p> |
