PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of a distortion in an optical case even if there is a difference in coefft. of thermal expansion between the optical case and an actuator and to reduce the size and weight thereof by interposing a sliding material having a low coefft. of friction between the optical case and the actuator substrate. CONSTITUTION:The sliding material 30 made of a 'Teflon(R)' resin, etc., is interposed between the optical case 2 and the actuator substrate 10. The optical case 2 and the actuator substrate 10 respectively vary in the coefft. of thermal expansion and, therefore, if an ambient temp. changes, a difference in expansion or contraction arises between both, but the difference generates a slip on the surface of the sliding material 30 with each other and is thereby released. The generation of the distortion in the optical case 2 is obviated in this way even if the difference in thermal expansion or contraction arises between the optical case 2 and the actuator substrate 10 and, therefore, the reliability to the temp. change is enhanced and the size and weight are reduced. |
