摘要 PURPOSE: To enable the simultaneous coextrusion of two or more flowable materials having rheologically different types by a method wherein used in a multi-cavity dispensing container is a special nozzle so structured that a rigid barrier segregating a distribution channel connected to two cavities is slightly passed over a nozzle opening and extended as a planar tapered bulkhead. CONSTITUTION: A bulkhead 22 of a nozzle of a special design not only functions to segregate two types of reactive materials 8 and 9 from a cylinder 4 but also prevents an outlet 21 from being closed by the reaction of the materials and the reacted materials. The materials 8 and 9 are converged when discharged from the outlet 21, but two streams are not joined until said flows are completely away from an opening 32 of the outlet. Due to the taper design of the bulkhead 22, two streams 8 and 9 are gradually converged until said two streams are joined at a bulkhead end portion 26 passing over an end portion of the outlet opening 32. Said two streams are gradually in contact with each other at said converging point and continue to discharge as a single and substantially cylindrical two belt-shaped streams on the surface of a tool (e.g. a toothbrush). Thus the single stream is flowed to the limited surface area of the tool.
