<p>PURPOSE:To perform more accurate life control nearly without requiring operator's man-hours by counting the number of times of loading of a magnetic tape medium on a magnetic tape driving part and indicating that the number of times of loading reaches a specific number. CONSTITUTION:A reference frequency storage circuit 401 is stored with the reference frequency of loading of the magnetic tape medium 101 and a loading frequency recording circuit 202 counts how many times the magnetic tape medi um 101 is loaded on the magnetic tape medium driving part 100 and records it on the magnetic tape medium 101. Then a decision circuit 201 decides whether or not the number of times of loading recorded on the magnetic tape medium 101 is equal to the reference frequency of loading stored in the reference fre quency storage circuit 401 and when it is decided that the number of times of loading reaches the reference frequency, an indicator lamp 501 indicates that the number of times of loading reaches the reference frequency. Consequent ly, the life period can accurately be controlled almost without requiring operator's man-hours.</p> |
