PURPOSE:To obtain the title preparation to be used for the therapy or mitigation of the inflammations developed outside the human body by formulating a filmy or sheet-like substrate with the extract, tincture or powder of Meliloti Herba. CONSTITUTION:A filmy or sheet-like substrate is formulated with, as the essential ingredient(s) of medicinal substances, 0.1-20wt.%, based on the final preparation, of at least one kind of substance selected from the extract, tincture and powder of meliloti Herba, a dried product of the leaves and inflorescences of Melilotus officinalis (L.) LAM, thus obtaining the objective preparation. The present preparation is used in the form of cataplasma, plaster or mucosal application, being favorably adhesive to the skin and mucosa and simple to use, and also excellent in the persistence in its medicinal virtues. |
