PURPOSE:To obtain a readily removable aromatizing agent having a wide range of utilization objects by blending a diluted solution of ethyl alcohol which is a flavoring agent with aqueous diluted solution of polyvinyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION:An aromatizing agent obtained by blending a diluted solution of ethyl alcohol which is a flavoring agent with an aqueous diluted solution of polyvinyl alcohol. The ethyl alcohol is blended in an amount within the range of 15.0-50.0 (wt./wt.)% based on the total weight of the aqueous diluted solution thereof and within the range of 5.0-50.0 (wt./wt.)% based on the total weight of the aromatizing agent. The amount of the blended polyvinyl alcohol is within the range of 12.0-20.0 (wt./wt.)% based on the total weight of the aqueous diluted solution thereof and the polyvinyl alcohol is blended as the aqueous diluted solution in an amount within the range of 50.0-85.0 (wt./wt.)% based on the total weight of the aromatizing agent. If a carboxymethyl cellulose salt is used in place of the polyvinyl alcohol, utilization thereof for food can be also carried out. |
