The present invention relates to a valve 1 for shutting off and regulating made using standardized pipes and pipe parts. The valve according to the invention is characterized in that the valve housing 2 of the valve 1 is provided with a welded connection or other connection and is made using a pipe piece with flanges at both ends and a connection for inflowing or outflowing medium and is arranged with a bottom with a connection or inlet 3, the internal opening of which is designed as a seat, in that an upper part or cover 4 with an associated sealing sleeve 8 is arranged on the upper side of the valve housing 2, a sleeve 6 with the same dimensions as the inlet part 3 and provided with a sealing surface being welded firmly on the lower side of the cover 4, in that the lower, free end of the sleeve is made as a seat for a cone 5 which is arranged with a sealing surface on the lower side and the upper side and is displaceably attached to a valve spindle 7, the lower, ball-shaped end of which is surrounded by two segments arranged on the upper side of the cone 5, in that, when the valve 1 is fully open and the sealing sleeve 8 is relieved, a coil spring 10 is arranged so as to hold the sealing washers in place, and in that the valve 1 is provided with a support 11 for an actuator or wheel 12 and with guide rails 13 as a stay between the upper side and lower side of the valve housing 2. <IMAGE> |
