PURPOSE: To reduce engagement impact of a pull-in element with a transport wheel by causing resultant force in the direction of the angular bisector by force acted by a drive wheel and pulling in the transport wheel in operation into a wedge cap formed by a rolling circle tangent line. CONSTITUTION: A rolling circle tangent line 17a at a contact point 17 between a drive wheel 12 and a transport wheel 10 constitutes an angleβwith a rolling circle tangent line 18a at a contact point 18 between a transport wheel 10 and a pull-in element 1. The bisector 19 of the angleβis inclined in an acute angle (1/2 ofβ) with respect to the running direction of the pull-in element 1. A bearing 16 retaining a sprocket 15 of the transport wheel 10 is of an acute angleαtowards the longitudinal axis of the pull-in element 1 and is movable towards the direction opposite to the running direction of the pull-in element 1 resisting the force F. As a result, the force acting by the drive wheel 12 causes resultant force in the direction of the bisector of the angleβand this resultant force automatically pulls in the transport wheel 10 in operation into a wedge cap formed by the rolling circle tangent line, thereby the pull-in element 1 and the transport wheel do not collide with each other.
