发明名称 INJECTION MOLDING METHOD AND ITS DEVICE FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE RUBBER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by filling a mold with a material rubber at sufficiently-high temperature and shortening a vulcanizing period of time, by a method wherein a low-temperature material rubber sent into an injection cylinder is heated at a high-temperature in accordance with the next casting timing and after a head part of the material rubber not arriving at a desired high temperature is discharged through a casting nozzle, a succeeding part of the material rubber arrived at the high temperature is cast into a mold. CONSTITUTION:A head part of excessive high-temperature material rubber not arriving at a high temperature on the inside of a casting nozzle is extruded cylindrically by turning of an extruding screw or a little movement straight forward and entered into a receiving part 7a. Since a receiving and cutting mechanism 7 is returned to waiting position by a hydraulic cylinder 9 and the fringe of a hole grazes the tip of the nozzle 3, the material rubber extruded cylindrically is cut clearly along the tip surface of the nozzle. When the receiving and cutting mechanism 7 is returned to the waiting position by receiving the head part of the material rubber not arriving at the high temperature, an injection cylinder 2 is moved forward to a casting position shown by a broken line, the casting nozzle 3 is connected with a mold 1 and the material rubber heated to the high temperature is cast into the mold.
