PURPOSE: To prepare a source code list for identifying with one's eyes by adding an extrose or transverse arrow corresponding to a step obtained by selecting a source including a character at the end of a block by each line so as to facilitate the tracking of a sequence. CONSTITUTION: An unprocessed source code list is obtained to select a character in a source code language to be used as a tab adding code to replace with a private string. Then the extrose or introrse arrow is added for each line including the character at the beginning/end to the block. At the time of encountering a line with the extrose/introrse arrow in the middle of investigating a processed source code, a depth number is increased/decreased to generate a depth number. Then, corresponding to the arrow of a preceding line at each line, a vertical component expressed by the depth number is added to arrange all the vertical component to a right side. In addition, a horizontal component is made to enter between with the leftest vertical component of the depth number at each line. Thereby the sequences is easily tracked to identify the source code list with one's eyes.
