PURPOSE:To prevent an operator from dangers for improving efficiency without need of screening a gate in a A process by providing runners and gates, respectively in the contact surfaces between respective side molds and a bottom mold and in the side mold, and injecting a bottom material in respective spaces formed of the respective molds through both A, B processes to mold an instep cover integrally. CONSTITUTION:A first runner 5 is formed in the contact surfaces between a respective side mold 1 and a bottom mold 2 so as to communicate to first gates 6 opened to a first space 8. A second runner 10 is formed in the contact surface between the side and bottom molds 1, 2 to communicate to a second gate 12 opened to a second space 11 formed by the descent of the bottom mold 2. A bottom material 20 is injected fully through an injection port 4, runner 5 and gates 6 into a space 8 formed by mold assembly of a last mold 3 having in instep cover 7 fitted, both side molds 1, 1 and bottom mold 2. Next, a bottom material 21 is injected fully in a space 11 formed by lowering the bottom mold 2 through an injection port 9, runner 10 and gate 12. |
