PURPOSE:To enucleate all the large onsets in the deep brain part by inserting a variety of operation equipment into all the regions in the onsets through a passage opened in the brain. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 12 (guide tube) into which an inner cylinder 13 having the top edge which is made thinner towards the top is inserted is fixed onto a frame for constant position-brain operation by a fixing device, and inserted into the brain 10, and advanced up to directly over an onset 11. The inner cylinder 13 is pulled out, and the guide tube 12 which is fixed onto the frame for the constant position-brain operation is left in the brain 10. An endoscope 30 is supported by an another fixing device which is positioned coaxially with the guide tube 12 and can be moved independently, and inserted into the outer cylinder, and then the bottom part of the outer cylinder 12 is directly observed. The operation equipment and the operation material are inserted from a window-shaped opened port part 44 formed in the inlet part or on the side surface of the guide tube 12, and the tissue is enucleated, stopping the flowing-out of blood. The endoscope 30 is advanced into the space formed after tissue is enucleated, and the side wall is applied with operation by using a laser light or special operation equipment, keeping the side wall within the viewfield by using a side reflection mirror, and the onset tissue is enucleated. |
