PURPOSE:To restrict the extension of an interruption processing storage area and to release a main storage area to a controller by fixing an area to load an interruption processing procedure to the main storage area and managing the interruption processing storage area. CONSTITUTION:When each interruption processing procedure written to a fixed memory 2 is loaded in the specific area of a main storage means 3 by a system activation, a managing means 1 supervisorily manages the storage area acquiring condition of each interruption processing procedure loaded in the specific area of the main storage means 3, an inhibiting means 1 inhibits the extension of the specific area of the main storage means 3 based on the storage area acquiring condition to be managed and the extension of the specific area is restricted. Based on the storage area acquiring condition managed with the managing means 1, a reducing means 1 reduces the fixed area of the main storage means 3 and the work area of the main storage means 3 to a controller is secured. Thus, the extension of the storage area occupied with the interruption processing program or the like is braked.
