DEVICE FOR PROCESSING INFORMATION DISK

PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing yield and to shorten the processing time by executing laser beam scanning with a laser beam scanning device and processing an information disk. CONSTITUTION:Positional mark signal on the information disk is detected with a telecamera 4. Reference position signal on the information disk is calculated with a controller 2 from output of the telecamera 4 and based on this, the necessary signal to scanning of the laser beam is generated. The laser beam scanning device 3 is controlled with the controller 2. The laser beam is made to scan with the laser beam scanning device 3 to process the information disk. By this method, the working space in manufacturing site can be reduced.
