It incorporates a pair of crushing cylinders 15 provided with a plurality of crushing teeth 20 arranged radially, the teeth of one and the other cylinder being combined in such a manner that they intersect each other, with the particular feature that the teeth 20 of each cylinder 15 form discontinuous, circumferentially spaced helical alignments 21 which extend along each cylinder in such a manner that the teeth give rise to a primary crushing and a second crushing, the first by means of the leading face 46 of each cylinder with the opposite leading faces of the other cylinder, and the second by means of the leading faces 46 of each cylinder with the trailing faces 47 of the opposite cylinder. <IMAGE>
