The self-cleaning device for sliding frames combines the displacement in opposite directions of a frame on one or two rotating rollers, whose actuation, with gentle friction, produces the cleaning of one or both faces of said frame. The displacement of the frame and the rotary actuation of the roller or rollers should be synchronised. The invention envisions its use in closures for openings in a building front, especially for windows. <IMAGE>
