<p>PURPOSE: To improve efficiency of the process that decides a signal parameter by comparing a parameter presentative signal of a reception signal with upper and lower limits threshold values, and then establishing a statistics parameter within a range for adjusting the upper and laser threshold values. CONSTITUTION: A radiation signal in an environment is received and detected (17) with an antenna 15, and then coupled with a time detector 19a, a frequency discriminator 19b and a pulse width decision device 19c, and then respective digital presentative signals are given. These signals are, with an address enable memory 21, compared to a upper/lower threshold digital signal representing a statistics cube limit, and what is within a range is supplied to a statistics generator 23 through a line 25. Then, a specified numbers of reception signals for effective statistics parameter calculation are processed, then the upper/lower threshold signal is adjusted and loaded in a memory 21 through a line 29b. Then a generator 23 actuates the memory 21 with a line 27, and generates succeeding all signals in the newly established statistics cube as a parameter of reception signal through an output line 29.</p> |
