<p>PURPOSE: To enable charging of a storage battery with the use of minimum current by supplying solar energy for buffering solar energy, according to the charging capacity of the solar energy and the charging current threshold of a storage battery or supplying buffered solar energy to the storage battery. CONSTITUTION: When a charging current, generated from a solar battery module 11 becomes not more than a charging current threshold, a switching transistor 28 is turned off, and the charging current generated from the solar battery module 11 flows through only a capacitor 28 to charge the capacitor 20. On the other hand, when an electric charge quantity stored into the capacitor 20 by the voltage of the capacitor 20 is sufficiently large and exceeds the charging current threshold of a storage battery 24, the storage battery 24 is charged additionally.</p> |
