<p>PURPOSE:To increase desorption rate and decrease the heat loss caused by an desorbing gas by an desorption method wherein the desorbing gas is fed into an desorbing layer holding thereon the vapor from an inert org. liq. at an empty tower rate of 0.005-5cm per sec. in a downward stream. CONSTITUTION:The vapor of an inert org. liq. leaking from an induction part 9 of a gas phase soldering device 1 toward a take-away part 10 thereof is drawn in by lines 22-a and 22-b for transfer into a primary cooler 7 and cooling thereby. It is further cooled in a secondary cooler 8, liq. is separated therefrom by a bubble separator 20 and the vapor is sent into an desorbing tower from a line 18. The desorbing operation is effected by two towers, 12-a and 12-b, and an desorbing gas 6, after preheating by heat exchange with the gas after desorption, is supplied from a line 17 to the upper part of the adsorbing tower 12-b and discharged from its lower part. This method permits a highly efficient recovery of the vapor from the inert org. liq. by an adsorbent.</p> |
