<p>PURPOSE:To improve detecting accuracy by operating the desired value of the output of a sensor based on the output of a driver means and the contents stored in a memory means, and controlling an output means so that an electric signal to the outside agrees with the desired value. CONSTITUTION:A physical quantity Q which is detected with a detecting element 11 is transduced into an electric signal V in a driver 12. Then, in a control part 13, the output V from the driver 12 is read, and a sensor output Fo corresponding to the output V from the driver 12 which is stored in a memory part 14 is obtained. The output Fo is made to be a desired value Fx of the sensor output. Said desired value Fx is outputted to an output part 15. Then, an output F from the output part 15 is read as a feedback value. Whether the deviation between the desired value Fx and the feedback value F is zero or not is judged. The desired value Fx is outputted until the deviation becomes zero. In this way, the output part 15 is controlled so that the electric signal F which is o become the sensor output agrees with the desired value Fx.</p> |
