A novel arthropodicidally-active composition-of-matter is disclosed. Such an arthropodicidally-active composition-of-matter comprises an aqueous lower alkanol solvent, a toxicant contained within the solvent, and an effective amount of an emulsifier, also contained within the solvent, for forming a foam matrix of predetermined stability. Also disclosed are methods for producing such a composition-of-matter. |
