PURPOSE:To prevent cold water from flowing out and to prevent remaining water from freezing, by making low temperature water located between a heat exchanger and a circulating valve at the edge of a hot water supply duct through the heat exchanger forcibly when a detected temperature of the cold water is lower than a set value, in a title central hot water supply system. CONSTITUTION:In a tittled hot water supply system, hot water heated by a heat exchanger 1 which is heated by a burner 10 and cold water are supplied to a mixing valve 4 through a hot water supply duct 5 and a cold water supply duct 6 respectively, and the hot water whose temperature is adjusted in this system is supplied from a hot water tap. In this case, a supply hot water temperature detecting sensor T1 for an outlet of a heat exchanger 1 and a cold water temperature detecting sensor T2 are provided. Then, adjustment of an opening of a control valve 11 is made to carry out by a temperature adjuster 7 so that a hot water temperature becomes a set value based on the output of each of the sensor T1 and T2. Remaining water in the ducts 5 and 6 is made to circulate forcibly from the heat exchanger 1 through the mixing valve 4 to an orifice 9 so as to increase a water temperature when a cold water temperature is lower than a set value. |
