PURPOSE:To reduce the falling time and to decrease the fixed loss by charging the base-emitter capacitance of a switching output transistor(TR) rapidly. CONSTITUTION:When a driving output TR Q2 changes from H to L level based on a charge stored while a driving output signal IB of the TR Q2 for driving output is at an H level in a TR control means DI, CI of a waveform improving circuit 2, a charge control TR Q13 is turned on and the base-emitter capacitance CBE of the direct switching output TR Q1 is charged rapidly with a base level of the switching output TR Q1 raised to a level nearly equal to the level of a power supply 1. Thus, a falling time Tb of the switching output TR Q1 is decreased and the fixed loss is reduced. |
