Under-ground mine backfilling system - delivers compacted clay sediment to mixer simultaneously with powder

The backfilling system for an underground mine uses rock chippings, mixed in a machine with liquid flotation dirt delivered under pressure, before delivering to a storage unit. A mixture is formed containing more than 500g. of flotation dirt per litre, while the chemicals forming the moisture are added before the outlet from the pulveriser to the jet pump. - Compacted clay sediment is delivered into the mixing machine (10) at the same time as the powder. The flow meter (46) at the machine outlet delivers the rock into the hardening-acceleration agent in proportion to the time required for hardening of the mixture, which is fed to the backfilling position.
