<p>PURPOSE: To adjust the driving of works and tools different for the same bowl so as to prevent bowls from being clogged in a feeder by combining a device capable of adjusting air flow conditions in which works are driven along a transfer route with a detachable bowl tool. CONSTITUTION: A transfer route is of the sandwiched structure obtained, for example, by holding plastic members 17 and 18 by metallic plates 19 and 20, and its upper surface forms a transfer route surface. An air flow is supplied from an air supply chamber to an air inlet adjusting device 21 of a substrate 19, and slots are provided aslant in the member 18 so as to supply air jet from the air supply chamber to the surface of the transfer route through each slot. By the supplied air jet, works are moved around a bowl, separated from each other, and their orientation is determined, and air pressure can be adjusted at each section of the transfer route so as to fine adjust the work speed. Thus the adjustment of the feeder can be simplified, and the possibility of the clogging of the works is reduced.</p> |
