PURPOSE:To change a cut feeding in conformity with a work irrespective of the variation in the longitudinal sectional shape of a work and to improve the cutting plane by providing a control mechanism controlling the rotation of a reversible variable speed motor based on the load of the work detected by a load cell. CONSTITUTION:Cutting is started by turning a reversible variable speed motor ON and after making the load of a work 36 not excess by a load cell 12. When a large cutting feed is exerted at the cutting initial time, a blade is fallen down to cause a defective cutting and so a constant low cutting feed is exerted while the initial running-in time T1 first until a constant cutting feed is exerted by a control mechanism 13 and then a stepwise cutting feed is exerted until a set time T2 is finished. Thereafter cutting is continued by exerting a constant cutting feed and a constant cutting load on the work 36 by making the rotating angle and rotating speed of the reversible variable speed motor 8 constant. An overload is prevented by the load cell 12 while under cutting. |
