<p>PURPOSE:To improve fixing strength by a method wherein before a fluid material injected in a bag body id foamed and cured, the fluid material percolates the outer surface side of the bag body to form a foamed adhered cured layer on the outer surface of the bag body, and the surface of the cured layer is adhered to a plate material and the inner surface of a mounting groove. CONSTITUTION:A foaming curable fluid material is injected in a bag body 3. Before the fluid material is cured, the bag bodies 3 are inserted between the two outer surfaces of a plate material 1 and two inner surfaces of a mounting groove 2. A part of the fluid material oozes from the inside to the outside of the bag body 3 and is foamed and cured to form a foamed adhered cured layer 4 throughout the whole of the outer surface of the bag body 3. Further, the surface of the cured layer 4 is adhered in a state to press it against the plate material 1 and the inner surface of the mounting groove 2, and the plate material 1 is secured to the mounting groove 2.</p> |
