<p>A radiation sensitive device comprising several rings (2, 3, 4, 5) and a middle section formed by a conventional charge coupled device (7). Drain means (6) for radial draining of the charges generated in the circular sections (2, 3, 4, 5) by the incident radiation and drain means (8) for the charge coupled device (7) are provided. The device has a retina-like structure and can be advantageously applied in robotics.</p> |
