Pyridazinamines of the formula <CHEM> wherein Het is <CHEM> Z is O, S, SO or SO2; and R<4> is cyano or COOR<5> wherein R<5> represents hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, arylC1-4alkyl, C3-6cycloalkylC1-4alkyl, C3-5alkenyl, C3-5alkynyl or C1-4alkyloxyC1-4alkyl, or R<4> is a radical of formula <CHEM> X is CH or N; the addition salts and the stereochemically isomeric forms thereof, said compounds having antirhinoviral activity. Pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds as active ingredient, and a method of preparing said compounds and pharmaceutical compositions. |
