The device is comprised of a measurement chamber (23) for receiving said sample, means (2) for introducing in the chamber a body in a superfluid status, means (40, 45) for applying a stimulation to said body and processing means for deducing a characteristic of the texture of the sample from the effect which the stimulation has on the body. |
