PURPOSE:To prevent the absorption of Er: YAG laser light by setting the inside of an incident light-side closed space and an emitting light-side closed space to a dry state having no moisture. CONSTITUTION:To an entry of a feed air hole 30, a feed air pipe 38 is connected through a coupling 36, and from the feed air pipe 38, clean air is fed into an internal space 34, blown out forward from an air hole 32 and a contamination in the course of medical treatment can be eliminated. An assembly of the device is executed in a drying room containing no moisture, and the inside of an incident light-side closed space 22 and an emitting light-side closed space 28 can be set to a dry state. Also, as for an incident light lens 10 and an emitting light lens 14, a material having no water molecule is used. In the process that the Er: YAG laser light emitted from a laser light generating device passes through the incident light lens 10, an optical fiber 2 and the emitting light lens 14, and an object tissue is irradiated with the light, the absorption by moisture of the Er: YAG laser light can be prevented in the incident light-side closed space 22, the emitting light-side closed space 28 and the emitting light lens 14 part, and the deterioration of transmissivity caused by using the device for a long period can be prevented. |
