The card dispenser is built into the side of the unit. An individual presses a button to activate the system for a period. Within the dispenser is a stack of cards (5) subjected to pressure by a spring unit (8). An electric motor (2) drives a feed roller via a pulley (3). The top card (4) is transferred to a delivery point. After delivery of the single card the unit is deactivated. The system has an IR detector coupled to a speech module for communication.
