PURPOSE:To prevent a heating element from disconnection at the time of manufacturing and a recessed section from being formed after molding by forming a fluidizing port in a second channel disposed protrudingly in a first channel of a first mold, and fluidizing synthetic resin from the upper side and a second coating material disposed in a second channel. CONSTITUTION:A second coating material 12 is formed, and the second coating material 12 is fixed in a second channel 6 of a second mold 3. A heating element 10 is placed on the surface of the second coating material 12 and a first mold 2 is fixed on the second mold 3, and lastly fluidizing synthetic resin 4 is injected from a fluidizing port 8 into the second channel 6. Then, the fluidizing synthetic resin 4 once hits the upper surface of a first channel 5 of a first coating material 11 and flows from the upper surface of the heating element 10 to the left and right and back and forth to be filled in the first channel 5. Although the fluidizing synthetic resin 4 is injected under high pressure, the same is fluidized from the upper side of the heating element 10. Thus, even a foil-shaped heating element is free from disconnection and projected sections are not to be formed on the surface of a product after molding. |
