PURPOSE: To obtain a slide valve, particularly a drain valve for an urine collectible bag which is easily and sanitarily handled by one hand by providing the valve with the first finger coupling means in the outside circumference of an outside tubular member, the first finger coupling means is provided in an inside tubular member, and the second finger coupling means at the position on an inside tubular member opposite to the first coupling means in a diameter direction. CONSTITUTION: The first finger coupling means 17 is formed on the outside upper of an outside tubular member 2. The second finger coupling means 11 is formed on the outside surface of an inside tubular member 1. An user grips the first finger coupling means 17 by his forefinger, and also grips the second finger coupling means 11 by his big finger, and then when he moves his fingers, consequently the tubular members 1, 2 are separated from each other and a valve can easily be moved from a closed position to an opening position. Next, the user moves his fingers, consequently the valve is again closed by moving the tubular member toward the opposite direction.
