The regulator solves central temperature regulation in hot-water heated objects. It contains a circuit /2/ of the evaluation of the regulation deviation of the temperature, to which both the real temperature values and the required temperature are delivered. The outputs of this circuit are connected both to the input of a converter/3/ of the regulation deviation of the temperature to the flow change through the valve and to the input of the indicator /6/ of the transition stages. The output of the converter /3/ of the regulation deviation of the temperature to the flow change through the valve, the output of the circuit /5/ of the response to the transition stages and the output of the circuit /7/ for creating time intervals are connected to the control circuit /4/. The output of the control circuit /4/ is connected to the input of the power circuit /8/ of the valve. The regulator can be used especially for temperature regulation of factory buildings.<IMAGE>
