<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly feed a lubricant to bearings by providing an axially long hole opened to an oil sump chamber on a shaft fitted with a swash plate, inserting a bar body made of porous powder sintered alloys into the hole, and providing small holes communicated to the shaft surface near bearings. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 1 fitted with a swash plate 2 is supported by radial bearings 4 and 4' and thrust bearings 5 and 5'. An oil sump chamber 6 is provided behind the shaft 1 and communicated to a swash plate chamber 8 via an oil hole 7. A shaft hole 1a opened to the oil sump chamber 6 is provided on the shaft 1, and small holes 1b and 1b' communicating the shaft hole 1a and bearings 5 and 5' are provided. A bar body 9 made of many porous sintered alloys and containing refrigerator oil is inserted into the shaft hole 1a. Oil is fed from the bar body 1 at the time of high-speed rotation after an operation start, and the damage of bearings due to oil exhaustion can be prevented.</p> |
