PURPOSE:To prevent a seamed line and a mating surface from being impregnated with a liquid foaming raw material at a time of foaming integrated with a skin by seaming the fabriclike skin constitutional pieces to form a prescribed shape and applying resin liquid to both the seaming line and the mating surface of the seamed part and curing the resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of fabriclike skin constitutional pieces having a prescribed shape are cut from the laminating material 22 wherein soft polyurethane foam 20 is laminated and integrated with the inner surface of fabric 18. The end parts of the skin constitutional pieces 30a, 30b are mated and seamed to form a bag shape having a prescribed shape. At this time, the end parts are seamed so that fabric is positioned to the outside. Liquid resin 40 is applied along the seaming line 36 and the mating surface 38 of the seamed part 34 from the inside of the skin constitutional piece. Liquid resin is cured and both seaming line 36 and the mating surface 38 are sealed by cured resin. The skin for forming integrated with the skin obtained by such a way is utilized for foaming integrated with the skin. |
