<p>Azoxy cmpds of formula (I) and their salts, which are derivs of KA-7367A, are new: Where A is =, -O-CO-, -NH-, -NHCO-, -NHCS-or 1,4-piperazinediyl; Y is a direct single bond, 1-6C of branched alkylene or 2-6C of branched alkenylene A is H, 1-5C alkoxy, carboxy, 2-6C alkoxycarbonyl, halogen, phenyl etc. R1 nad R2 are H, 1-3C alkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, 7-10C phenylalkyl etc R3 is 2-6C alkanoyl (opt. substd. by phenyl or halophenyl), 1-3C alkyl, 1-3C alkoxy, or benzoyl. When A is piperazinediyl, A is H. Pref. when A is O: Y is a direct bond, or 1-4C alkylene or 2-4C alkenylene (opt. substd. by up to 3 halogen, phenyl or r halopheny); Z is M, 1-3C alkoxy, carboxy, phenyl (opt. substd. by one or two halogen or carboxyl), cyane, -NR1R2 or 4-benzoyl -1-piperazinyl; R1 nad R2 are 1-3C alkyl.</p> |
