Fixed or swinging clips are used for the fastening of self-supporting cables on pillars. The disadvantage of the first method is the fact that the clip does not enable the swing of the supporting cable in place of the fastening. The second is unfavourable because the supporting cable has to be interrupted in the place of the fastening, or, respectively, has to be deprived of the protective coat, and the interrupted cable has to be provided with an eye, which is by means of an expanding stretcher suspended on the pillar. Both methods are inter alia uselessly laborious at the assembly and also decrease the original cable strength. Their disadvantages are eliminated by a clip, whose basis concerns the fact that it consists of two arms arranged in a scissor-like way, which are by their first ends swinging and interconnected with the pin (3). The second end of the lower arm (1) and the second end of the upper arm (2) are on their surfaces that turn to each other, equipped with the tack elements of the supporting cable (5).<IMAGE>
