The device solves the mechanised cleaning of the through-going forms of the constant profile and application of the deforming medium. The device consists of a fork, which is hinged on the console and attached to the drive unit. Additional drive units with cleaning head are attached to the fork. The cleaning head is equipped with the planchets and a lubrication head, which is provided with the lubrication carrier. The cleaning head and lubrication head are secured against angular rotation by the extension bars during the passage through the form.<IMAGE>
