SHAPED GELATINE TREATMENT LINE FOR DRY GELATINE PRODUCTION

The processing line of formed gelatine is designed for the production of dry gelatine of animal products for food and industrial processing. It consists of a drying part, final drying part, cooling part and a pneumatic transport system. The base material, formed gelatine, is dried in a fluid drier with a mechanical material layer separator and then it is transferred to a final drying part represented by a vibrating fluid trough and by the heater of the drying agent and finally the dried up gelatine is intensively cooled in a cooling part to an ambient temperature. The processing line according to the invention can be used mainly in the food processing industry, in plants producing gelatine from animal products.
