<p>PURPOSE: To provide a tubular tailpiece easy to structure, assemble and mount, by installing a conduit whose end extends into the opening of pipings, preparing a retaining tool, and forming the conduit from a recess, a seal ring, and a projection to work against the lock part of the number of pipings. CONSTITUTION: One end of a tubular tailpiece 100 for pipings such as a flush valve constitutes a conduit extending into an opening having a lock part provided at the pipings 12. In this opening, a retaining tool 116 is installed consisting of an extension part penetrating the conduit and a part extending in such a way as contacting with the pipings 12 for fixation of conduit to the pipings 12. The conduit has a recess 104, seal ring 106, and a projection 114 which works against the lock part of the pipings when the conduit is inserted into the pipings. The resultant tubular tailpiece or conduit is easy to structure, assemble, and mount.</p> |
