摘要

PURPOSE: To simplify acknowledging processing by calculating an acknowledged route based on data of an embedded form and a specific defined and acknowledged rule for referring to a user's job within the range of the population of the user connected to a system so as to monitor corresponding acknowledging operation to control. CONSTITUTION: Some similar nodes connecting terminals T1, T2,... directly to a host computer through a concentrator or PBX for a remote terminal are connected to a digital network. Then previously stored blank form library is accessed to select a form and the acknowledged route is calculated based on data of the embedded form and a specific defined and acknowledged rule for referring to the user's job within the range of the mother group of the user connected to the system to monitor corresponding acknowledging operation to control. Thereby document processing necessitating complicated acknowledgment is automated.
