PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time and to enable updating at the real time by dividing security data into a fixed part and a fluctuation part, for which are updating frequency is high, and executing the distributed management of the security data. CONSTITUTION:A host processor 1a is equipped with a security data managing means 5a and security data 8a. The security data 8a is composed of the fixed part and fluctuation part. Then, the fixed part is not updated while a terminal is operated after security information is once set by using a security data security data setting means 6a. For the fluctuation part, the frequency to update this fluctuation part and this part is updated by using a securing data updating means 7a after the security information are set. Accordingly, in a distributed processing system, the security data 8a can be distributed by object classification and managed. Thus, the response time is shortened and further, the security data 8a can be updated at real time. |
