METHOD OF BAND MATERIAL TURNING AND EQUIPMENT FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

The purpose of the solution is to improve the method for turning belt material and the relevant device. The above-mentioned purpose is achieved in the following way: the belt material is first of all bent diagonally in the direction of forward motion level at an angle of 45 degrees, then it is bent in the direction that is vertical to forward motion level and finally it is bent diagonally in the direction that is vertical to the direction of the first diagonal bending. The belt material is thus turned by 180 degrees, while its direction of further motion remains unchanged. The device for this operation consists of the first bending rod (4) that contains an angle of 45 degrees with level (r) of material forward motion and behind it there is a directing cylinder (5) that is vertical to the belt material forward motion level. Behind the directing cylinder (5), there is a second bending rod (6) that is vertical to the first bending rod (4). The solution can be used for turning belt material such as textile for example.<IMAGE>
