The device is designed for the treatment of profile notches on the edges and outer decoration on the surface of decorative lustre trays. A horizontal feed unit (2) equipped with the in-feed roller (3) and a working roll (4) is displaceably placed on the upper surface of the frame (1), in which the driving motor (12) and spindle with the grinding wheel (11) are placed. A vertical combined unit (5) is placed on the unit (2), which is equipped with the in-feed roller (6) and rotational programmable unit (8). A hollow spindle (7) is displaceably hinged in unit (5) and is connected with the vacuum pump and bearing gripping head (9). A pivoted unit (14) is placed on the front face of the frame (1) and bears a positioning supply bin (13) for semi-products and trays (20).<IMAGE>
