The merit of the solution concerns the fact that the end part of the upper suction tube (1) passes close through the front face of the hollow cylindrical box (2), in whose cylinder wall the feeder brushes (6) are displaceably placed. The feeder brushes (6) flexibly bear on the brush rings (4), which are associated with the separation grommets (8), which are slipped over the built-up end part of the lower suction pipe (10), which passes through the O-seal (5) and the lid (14) with the end flange (7), which close the hollow cylindrical box (2).<IMAGE>
