The solution applies to a regulating digital flow meter, where a hinged throttle valve is placed in the body of the flow meter, before which the temperature sensor and, at the same time, the first pressure sensor are placed in the flow direction, and behind which, the second pressure sensor is placed in the flow direction, while the outputs of the temperature sensor and the first and the second pressure sensor are connected via the multiplexer in series with the analogue-digital converter to the input of the processor unit with the storage element and with the display and recording device. The output of the processor unit is connected to the input of the pulse generator, whose output is connected via the amplifier to the control terminals of the drive unit with the synchronous motor, which is, by means of the transmission mechanism connected with a hinged throttle flap. The hinged throttle flap is indexed in the body of the flow meter into such a position, where the pre-selected pressure gradient is set by the flow with the inlet pressure equal or different from the atmospheric pressure, while the size of this index is given by the number of pulses, which are transmitted by the pulse generator being controlled by the processor unit with the storage.<IMAGE>
